Learn practical yogic tools for daily life. Start the new year by releasing what's no longer needed, and aligning with your higher values. Schedule: From 10 AM to 2 PM 10 AM: Asana and Pranayama - 1 Hour - Begin the day with restorative asana (body postures), and pranayama (breath control) practices to let go of stored patterns of tension and pranic blocks held in the body and regulate the nervous system. 11 AM: Journaling To Create A Sankalapa And Yoga Nidra - 1 Hour - As the morning unfolds, discover and formulate a Sankalpa - your positive intention and resolve and experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation technique) harnessing the power to become open to new possibilities. 12 PM: Lunch Break - 1 hour- (Please note lunch is not provided. Explore the lovely cafes and natural beauty that Daylesford offers). 1 PM: Antar Mouna Meditation - 1 Hour - In the afternoon, explore practical meditation tools to gain clarity and insight, release what's no longer needed, and connect with your higher values to take into the new year. 2.00 PM: Finish Instructor: Rosina (Ritambhara)
