Begin with restorative postures and breathing practices to release tension, clear pranic blockages, and regulate the nervous system—preparing for meditation.
11:00 AM – Find Inner Calm with Antar Mouna Meditation (1 hour)
Experience the yogic practice of inner silence to cultivate awareness, quiet mental chatter, and create space for inner calm. Release what no longer serves your highest good and reconnect with positive values.
12:00 PM – Lunch Break (1 hour)

1:00 PM – Sankalpa & Yoga Nidra
(1 hour)
Discover your Sankalpa—a positive intention for personal growth—and experience Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation practice that opens you to new possibilities and helps you set a clear direction for your journey ahead.
