1hr 30 min - Restorative Yoga Class and Eight Stages of Yoga Nidra: Private one-on-one or corporate group sessions cost $150 for 1 to up to 6 people, with an additional fee of $25 per extra participant.
This class is designed to deeply relax and revitalize your body and mind. The first hour begins with gentle restorative Asanas (body postures) and Pranayama (breathing practices) to help release tension and pranic blockages in the body, while also regulating the nervous system. This is followed by a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique, practiced lying down in a supine position. Yoga Nidra guides your body to deeply relax while remaining conscious in a sleep-like state. This practice can help you gain insight into your inner life, while also promoting relaxation and inner peace.

1 Hour - Guided Journaling to Create a Sankalpa and 8 Stages of Yoga Nidra Class: Private one-on-one or corporate group sessions cost $120 for 1 to up to 6 people, with an additional fee of $20 per extra participant.

In the first half hour, you will be guided through journaling to create a Sankalpa, your positive intention and resolve, similar to a positive affirmation, that can help you embody positive change in your life. This is followed by 30 minutes of deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra harnessing the power to become open to new possibilities. A Sankalpa is repeated mentally in Yoga Nidra to help you strengthen your resolve, by setting a clear intention when your mind is relaxed and receptive. ​

​Antar Mouna (inner silence) is a foundational meditation practice that helps reduce mental noise and chatter, allowing us to connect with positivity and peace within ourselves. The first step in this process is recognizing the noise and mental distractions in our minds. By directing our focus inward, we can gain deeper awareness, understanding, and clarity about our thoughts and internal experiences.
By becoming aware of our samskaras—our mental impressions, thoughts, feelings, and conditioning—we can disentangle ourselves from negative patterns associated with the lower mind. In doing so, we can quiet our minds and connect more deeply with our higher mind, positive values, and inner peace. This process equips us to face life's challenges with equanimity, positivity, and discernment.
The practice of Antar Mouna is a lifelong journey that enables practitioners to explore the layers of their minds and refine their personalities toward a positive and higher state of consciousness.
Ultimately, it paves the way for inner peace and guides us in living life to our fullest potential.
