 Daily Yoga Ritual offers private one-on-one and corporate group classes, as well as private yoga day workshops, all designed to help you achieve a deeper sense of relaxation and mindfulness. With a personalized experience that includes a variety of yoga techniques, from gentle restorative body postures and breathing practices to calming yoga nidra and meditation, you'll be on your way to a more peaceful state of mind and overall wellbeing in no time.

  • 1hr 30 min - Restorative Yoga Class and Eight Stages of Yoga Nidra: Private one-on-one or corporate group session costs $150 for up to 6 people, with an additional fee of $25 per extra participant.

 

This class is designed to deeply relax and revitalize your body and mind. The first hour begins with gentle restorative Asanas (body postures) and Pranayama (breathing practices), to release tension and pranic blocks, and balance your energy. This is followed by a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation practice. Yoga Nidra is deep relaxation technique practiced lying down in a supine position that cultivates deep relaxation and inner peace. Yoga Nidra  guides your body to deeply relax while remaining conscious in a sleep-like state. This practice can help you gain insight into your dreams and inner life, while also promoting relaxation and inner peace.

  • 1 Hour - Guided Journaling to Create a Sankalpa and 8 Stages of Yoga Nidra Class: Private one-on-one or corporate group session costs $120 for up to 6 people, with an additional fee of $20 per extra participant.

In the first half hour, you will be guided through journaling to create a Sankalpa, followed by 30 minutes of deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra. A Sankalpa is a yogic practice that means positive resolve or intention. It is a short positive statement that you create and repeat, similar to a positive affirmation, that can help you embody positive change in your life. A Sankalpa is repeated mentally in Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation meditation practice. This can help you strengthen your resolve by setting a clear intention when your mind is relaxed and receptive.

  • 1 Hour - Inner Peace Meditation Class: Private one-on-one or corporate group session costs $120 for up to 6 people, with an additional fee of $20 per extra participant.

Meditation is a powerful tool that can help you achieve inner peace and mindfulness. Antar Mouna (inner silence) meditation focuses on cultivating the inner witness or the observer of our thoughts and emotions, while Ajapa Japa (repetition of mantra) meditation helps focus and calm the mind. Both Antar Mouna and Ajapa Japa meditation can help us gain focus, insight and clarity. By becoming aware of our Samskaras or mental impressions, we can disentangle ourselves from negative thinking or the lower mind and connect with our higher mind and positive values. This helps us to manage life's challenges with positivity, equanimity, and discernment, paving the way for inner peace and connection with our higher self, and living life to our highest potential.

  • 'Balance Your Life' Yoga Day Workshop: Private one-on-one or corporate group session costs $310 for up to 6 people, with an additional fee of $50 per extra participant.

This workshop is designed to help you balance and harmonize your body, mind, and spirit, and connect with your positivity, creativity, and peace within. You'll learn simple yoga techniques that you can implement into your daily routine as a daily yoga ritual.

 

Yoga Day Workshop Schedule:

10.00 AM - 1 Hour - Exploring gentle restorative Asana (body postures), and Pranayama (breathing practices).

 

11.00 PM - 1 Hour - Journaling to Create a Sankalpa (positive resolve) and Eight Stages of Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).

 

12.00 PM - 1 Hour - break for lunch. (*Please note lunch is not provided. Explore the lovely cafes and natural beauty that Daylesford offers).

 

1.00 PM - 1 Hour - Inner Peace Meditation - Exploring Antar Mouna (inner silence) and Ajapa Japa (repetition of mantra), meditation techniques.

 

2.00 PM - Finish
