Daily Yoga Ritual offers private one-to-one and corporate group yoga classes, as well as private yoga workshops, all designed to help you achieve a deeper sense of relaxation and mindfulness. With a personalized experience that includes a variety of yoga techniques, from gentle restorative body postures and breathing practices to calming yoga nidra and meditation, you'll be on your way to a more peaceful state of mind and overall wellbeing in no time.

  • 1hr 30 min - Restorative Yoga Class and Eight Stages of Yoga Nidra: Private one-to-one or corporate group sessions cost $150 for 1 to up to 6 people, with an additional fee of $25 per extra participant. Max 8 participant

 

This class is designed to deeply relax and revitalize your body and mind.

 

The first hour begins with gentle restorative Asanas (body postures) and Pranayama (breathing practices) to help release tension and pranic blockages in the body, while also regulating the nervous system. This is followed by a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation meditation technique, practiced lying down in a supine position. Yoga Nidra guides your body to deeply relax while remaining conscious in a sleep-like state. This practice can help you gain insight into your inner life, while also promoting relaxation and inner peace.

Immerse yourself in a one-hour guided yogic meditation session designed to enhance your self-awareness, clear your mind, and connect with your higher self and positive values. 

 

In this session, you’ll be gradually introduced to foundational yogic meditation techniques that build on each other, cultivating deep relaxation, body stillness, inner silence, and concentration to gently guide you toward deeper states of meditation.

Meditation is a valuable tool that allows you to pause, detach from external distractions, and find stillness in both body and mind. In this quiet space, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect, manage your thoughts, break free from negative patterns, and connect with your positive values. By reducing mental baggage, you will shed the layers that hold you back and unlock your highest potential.

This journey of meditation empowers you to align with your higher self, opening the door to

greater peace, clarity, and self-

realization.

This immersive experience invites you to reflect on your life and aspirations, rewrite your life narratives and chart a positive course moving forward.

 

In the first half hour, you will be guided through journaling to create a Sankalpa, your positive intention and resolve, similar to a positive affirmation, that can help you embody positive change in your life. This is followed by 30 minutes of deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra harnessing the power to become open to new possibilities. A Sankalpa is repeated mentally in Yoga Nidra to help you strengthen your resolve, by setting a clear intention when your mind is relaxed and receptive. ​

  • 'Balance Your Life' - Yoga Workshop: Private one-to-one or corporate group sessions cost $310 for 1 to up to 6 people, with an additional fee of $55 per extra participant. Max 8 participants.

In this workshop, you will learn practical yogic tools to incorporate into your daily life, release what's no longer needed, and align with your higher values, while setting a clear intention for your journey ahead.

 

Schedule:

10.00 AM to 2.00 PM 

​

10.00 AM: Asanas (body postures) and Pranayama (breathing practices) - 1 hour - Begin the day with restorative asanas (body postures) and pranayama (breathing practices) to release tension and pranic blockages in both body and mind while regulating the nervous system in preparation for meditation.

 

11.00 PM: Pause & Reflect 

Meditation - 1 hour - â€‹ As the morning unfolds, explore foundational yogic meditation techniques and principles to gain clarity and insight, release what's no longer needed and align with your higher values.

12.00 PM: Lunch Break - 1 Hour - (Please note lunch is not provided).

 

1.00 PM: Journaling to Create a Sankalpa and Yoga Nidra- 1 Hour -​ In the afternoon, you will journal to discover and formulate a Sankalpa—your positive intention and resolve for personal growth. You will also experience Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation technique that allows you to open yourself to new possibilities and set a clear intention for your journey ahead.
