Daily Yoga Ritual - Balance Your Life - Yoga Day Workshop: Private individual or group session costs $310 for up to 6 people, with an additional fee of $50 per extra participant.
Join me for a Balance Your Life - Yoga Day Workshop, a transformative journey towards inner peace and holistic well-being. Embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment as you connect with your wisdom, positivity, and peace within.
Yoga Day Workshop Schedule:
10.00 AM - 1 Hour - asana (body postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and relaxation meditation.
11.00 PM - 1 Hour - Journaling to Develop a Sankalpa (positive resolve) and Eight Stages of Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
12.00 PM - 1 Hour - break for lunch. (*Please note lunch is not provided. Explore the lovely cafes and natural beauty that Daylesford offers).
1.00 PM - 1 Hour - Meditation - Kaya Sthairyam (body stillness), Ajapa Japa (repitition of mantra), and Antar Mouna (inner silence).
2.00 PM - Finish
