Class Description
Immerse yourself in a series of one-hour guided yogic meditation sessions designed to enhance your self-awareness, clear your mind, and connect with your higher self and positive values.
Each week, you will be gradually introduced to foundational meditation practices such as Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), Kaya Sthairyam (body stillness), Antar Mouna (inner silence), and Ajapa Japa (mantra repetition). These techniques, which are part of Pratyahara and Dharana practices, are thoughtfully combined and build upon one another, guiding you toward deeper states of meditation known as Dhyana and Samadhi in Raja Yoga.
Meditation is a valuable tool that allows you to pause, detach from external distractions, and find stillness in both body and mind. In this quiet space, you'll have the opportunity to reflect, manage your thoughts, break free from negative patterns, and connect with your positive values. By reducing mental baggage, you will shed the layers that hold you back and unlock your highest potential.
This journey of meditation empowers you to align with your higher self, opening the door to greater peace, clarity, and self-realization.

10.00 AM: Asana and Pranayama - 1 hour - Begin the day with restorative asanas (body postures) and pranayama (breathing practices) to release tension and pranic blockages in both body and mind while regulating the nervous system in preparation for meditation.
11.00 AM: Pause & Reflect Meditation - 1 hour - As the morning unfolds, explore foundational yogic meditation techniques and principles to gain clarity and insight, release what's no longer needed and align with your higher values.
12.00 PM: Lunch Break - 1 Hour - (Please note lunch is not provided).
1.00 PM: Journaling To Create A Sankalapa And Yoga Nidra - 1 Hour - In the afternoon, you will journal to discover and formulate a Sankalpa—your positive intention and resolve for personal growth. You will also experience Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation technique that allows you to open yourself to new possibilities and set a clear intention for your journey ahead.
